He said he would be back, and he is – in court, that is.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has come back into the political sphere because he and current California governor Jerry Brown are being sued by Californian inmates who are complaining that they contracted a debilitating disease known as Valley Fever.

Twenty-two inmates have filed a lawsuit against the former governor after he ordered them to reside in a prison that was rife with Valley Fever, which killed around thirty prisoners and left them with the painful symptoms of the disease. Valley Fever is caused by a specific strain of fungi, which attacks the body’s vital organs and causes considerable pain to the carrier.

The inmates also claim that current governor Jerry Brown is continuing Schwarzenegger’s policy, and are also suing him for their condition. The inmates request adequate medical care to cure them of the disease.
