Even though Robert Pattinson has left his Twilight days behind him, those qualities that attracted Bella and the world’s female population are reignited in his sexy new ad campaign for Dior Homme.
In this new promo, directed by the controversial director, Romain Gavras, the former Twilight star is seen sharing plenty of exotic and intense moments with a new leading lady, model, Camille Rowe. The advert is filled with passionate kisses, smoking in bathtubs, crashing parties and speeding car chases down the beach shoreline. And best part about it is that it is filmed entirely in black and white, giving it a more mysterious sex appeal feel. Sounds pretty naughty to me, don’t you say? Pattinson seems to think so!

In a recent interview about this new “sexy and wild” ad for Dior Homme, Pattinson admits that he wanted to do something “different for himself” because he felt that his “career as an actor was going a certain direction and I felt like… doing something that is quite mainstream but also edgy” would fit into where he wants his ”life to go.” He also commented that he “wanted to add some anger to it and add a bite to it and be sexy as well…”
Sounds like Pattinson’s Twilight character Edward Cullen is still alive and well within him. It seems to me that chasing vampires and glittering when the sun hits your skin wasn’t “edgy” or “angry” enough for Pattinson. I guess being paid $12m by Dior for partying and looking hot as hell was enough for him to try something new. Who could blame him?
