On Friday, January 31, at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, Radio Shock Jock Howard Stern celebrated his 60th birthday. Guests included a myriad of comics (Sarah Silverman, Jimmy Kimmel, Chelsea Handler, and Joan Rivers), musicians (Rob Zombie, Jewel, Steven Tyler, and Adam Levine), as well as just some really cool peeps (Larry King, Heidi Klum, Katie Couric, and Robert Downey Jr.).
However, one of the most important guests was Robin Quivers, Stern’s long time sidekick. In October 2013, the 61-year-old Quivers returned to the show after being absent for 17 months while battling uterine cancer. Stern had threatened to quit the show if Quivers couldn’t do the show with him, but he stayed on and she beat cancer. Upon Quivers’ return, Stern said, “…Never get sick again. I could never be without you again…I’m really happy that you are here and it makes me very, very happy.”
So, while it may have been Howard’s birthday, Quivers was the one who received the glorious sights of actor Ryan Phillippe undressing in front of her. Lucky girl.
