The SAG Awards are one of the most fun award shows during this season because they are the ones chosen by the peers of those nominated. The Screen Actors Guild decides who wins, and, many times, the victories that happen in this award show can predict the remaining award shows of the season.
Stranger Things, which was one of Netflix’s biggest hits in 2016, won big at the award show by taking the crown as ‘Best Drama Ensemble’ and will most likely become a huge contender for the Emmys. Overall, Netflix had a huge night of victories. Take a look at our list of winners. Among the list of winners, Hidden Figures and La La Land took a lot of awards as well, which means we need to hightail it to the theater and catch a showing of each!
