Samsung has added some new gadgets to its already extensive list of products, the International Business Times reports.
After teasing its line of Pro tablets with billboards displayed at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Monday, they were finally presented to the public at the International Consumer Electronics Show yesterday.
The Galaxy Note Pro and Galaxy Tab Pro bring a new element to the tablet market with their 12.2 inch LCD screens.
They include 3 GB of RAM, a choice of 32 GB or 64 GB internal storage with an option for microSD expansion, front- and rear-facing cameras (8 megapixels and 2 megapixels, respectively), and the Multi Window feature that allows users to split their screens in two, three or four.
Samsung also unveiled their Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, which offer similar features to the 12.2-inch, except for screen size. The former sports a 10.1-inch screen, and the latter an 8.4-inch. Both include 2 GB of RAM, a choice between 16 GB or 32 GB internal storage, and microSD expansion.
The four tablets are the first among Samsung’s devices to run Android 4.4 KitKat natively.
Samsung is currently second in the tablet market, with Apple leading the way at number one. Will these newest additions propel the South Korean conglomerate to the top spot?
All tablets are expected to be available within the next two months, and prices are yet to be announced.
They will remain on display at CES until January 10.
