Samuel L. Jackson is set to return as S.H.I.E.L.D. leader Nick Fury in the season finale of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Jackson has played the role in six Marvel projects, including the latest Captain America film, which is currently in theatres. Jackson also had a brief cameo in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. earlier this season. He is also set to reprise the role in the upcoming Avengers film and two other Marvel projects as part of a nine-film contract he has with Marvel.
When asked if he is returning to the series, Jackson revealed that he recently did filming for the season finale, which will air on May 13th.
However, he would not reveal what role Nick Fury would play in the episode, so we’ll have to wait and see, won’t we?
