It’s been a while since we introduced you to up and coming artist Sarahba and she’s now shared another sample of what she’s been working on. The French songstress has premiered her brand-new single, “Miami”, through its accompanying lyric video.
Back in the day, Sarahba made her way to the scene with her infectious post-break-up anthem, “My Own Thing”. However, “Miami” finds her trying something quite different in terms of sound and theme. Even though she stays in a dance-pop mood, this one is more light-hearted and there’s a European flavour to it. The track sounds a lot like your regular summer single from one of Romania’s ladies of the genre. Serving as an ode to the city, the song’s full of feel-good melodies and repetitive, sing-along lyrics.
Sarahba has released “Miami” as the second official offering to be lifted from her forthcoming, as-yet-untitled debut studio album. The record is expected to come out later this year or early in the next one. For the time being, take a listen to “Miami” by watching its lyric video below.
