As we race towards the UK premiere of “The Empty Hearse” the BBC have released further information about the festive mini-sode “Many Happy Returns”.

According to the BBC Red Button blog, the seven minute episode will be available from Christmas Day and they have shared the timetable of when us lucky lucky Sherlockians can watch it. We still don’t know much more about this mini-sode but we are told that a number of unconnected crimes are spreading the globe from Tibet to Germany and it has been two years since Sherlock has died, however there is still someone who isn’t convinced of his death.

The identity of this person is still unknown as no cast details have been announced for the episode.

“Many Happy Returns” will be available on the Red Button from 8.25pm on Christmas Day, which happens to be just as “The Time of The Doctor” will be finishing. Oh Moffatt I don’t know whether to hug you or hit you.
