It’s only Tuesday people, but the projections are coming in!!
According to Billboard, insider sources are projecting Taylor Swift’s brand new album “1989” to sell AT LEAST one million copies in its first week.
Taylor is breaking all sorts of records with this standing, as it makes “1989” only the 19th album to secure those numbers ever since Neilsen Soundscan began tracking sales back in 1991.
The bigger break?
This makes Taylor the ONLY female artist to have 3 albums in a row to hit the 1 million mark, as her previous efforts 2010 “Speak Now” (1.05 million) and 2012 “Red” (1.21 million).
The final numbers will come in next Wednesday, November 5th.
