13 days after his terrifying accident on the motorway, George Michael has ben discharged from the hospital, reports Mirror Online.
The 49-year-old suffered head injuries after falling out of his car going 70mph on the M1. According to the singer’s official website, Michael plans to rest and recuperate after the accident.
It has been suggested that Michael, who has dealt with depression and drug addiction in the past, may have jumped out of the car. However, Mirror Online reports that a friend insists it was an accident, and Michael was just trying to shut the door.
A rescue helicopter took Michael to a hospital following the accident.
This singer is no a stranger to making the news. Prior to this incident, Michael almost died when he got pneumonia in 2011, and received an eight-week jail sentence in 2010.
