On the eve of Glee’s return, we have some juicy song spoilers for episode 13 “New Directions.” This is set to be the follow up to the major 100th episode, and is going to contain a giant shift from Lima, Ohio to the big apple of New York City.
Unfortunately, that means we must say goodbye to the likes of Kitty (Becca Tobin), Unique (Alex Newell), and Ryder (Blake Jenner) just to name a few. While we know the shift is coming, there is still some uncertainty as to what the seniors of McKinley are going to do post-graduation.
What is certain is the song list for “New Directions,” which features some fan favorites and some songs that have been begging to be featured.
“I Am Changing” from Dreamgirls – Kurt and Mercedes
“Total Eclipse of The Heart” by Bonnie Tyler – Will and April (Kristin Chenoweth)
“Party All the Time” by Eddie Murphy – Holly (Gwyneth Paltrow)
“Loser Like Me” – (Sung as a Ballad) – Blaine, Sam, Artie and Tina.
“Be Okay” by Oh Honeys – Rachel and Santana.
“Just Give Me a Reason” by Pink and Nate Ruess – Quinn and Puck
“Don’t Stop Believing” – Rachel, Kurt, Artie, Blaine, Tina and Will.
The fan picks are easy to understand and Gleeks everywhere are wondering how the master music producers are going to bring a new flavor to songs synonymous with the hit show. There is only on way to find out, tune into Glee, which is now on a new night Tuesday’s at 8 pm EST.
