Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy truly took the box office by storm this year – proving, once again, that any product of Marvel, whether it be one of the Avengers films, or something as big of a risk as Guardians Of The Galaxy itself, can take off. And even more so than expected. Who knew a day would come when audiences would flock to the cinema to watch a film involving green-skinned aliens, a talking raccoon and a tree?
Following the success of the film (one which is currently still showing in cinemas of countries such as Malaysia), concept art portraying some of the most visually stunning scenes from it have debuted online over at the website of concept artist Bob Cheshire (Wrath of the Titans, Thor: The Dark World). Said visuals include scenes from Morag, the first time we see Peter Quill jamming to his Awesome Mix all by his lonesome self, followed by shots of various locations on Knowhere, and lastly, of The Dark Aster which is more commonly known as Ronan the Accuser’s mighty warship.
The breathtaking concept art of the film can be seen below, and one may marvel at just how accurately, and even more so, these visuals were eventually transferred on screen.
