Switched At Birth Is Switching It Up With A Special Dance Episode

The ABC Family drama returned with its third season on Monday 13th January, with 1.76 million US viewers. Now the show has confirmed that it will continue its tradition of special episodes with a dance themed instalment.

In the past, we’ve seen a whole hour long episode told entirely in American Sign Language while another episode explored the ‘what if’ question, showing what would have happened if the truth about the switch had been revealed earlier.

This latest special will apparently include a range of dancing styles, including line dancing and rumba, according to TVLine. The dancing will take place in every scene, at some times as part of the storyline and at others, in a fantasy sequence. Obviously, our eyes are on Lucas Grabeel, who plays Toby Kennish. The 29 year-old actor, who rose to fame through the High School Musical franchise, has proven he knows how to move it on the dance floor!

Switched at Birth airs Mondays on ABC Family, so keep your eyes out for this special episode, set to air March 3.
