Agents of SHIELD won’t be on this Tuesday, but Marvel fans will be getting more than their fill of excitement in the time slot with a special entitled Marvel Studios: Assembling A Universe.
The hour long behind-the-scenes program will focus on Marvel’s unique approach to movie development, particularly the studio’s pioneering (and so far highly successful) method of creating films that work as stand-alone properties, but also tie-in to one another as greater pieces of what is now known as the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The special will feature interviews with Marvel Studios Production President Kevin Feige and Avengers director Joss Whedon, but plenty of our favorite on-screen heroes will also be showing up including Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Evans, Samuel L. Jackson, and Scarlett Johansson.
Assembling A Universe will look back at past films, but perhaps the most exciting parts for fans will be glimpses into future films including Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Guardians Of The Galaxy, and the highly anticipated sequel, Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Catch Marvel Studios: Assembling A Universe Tuesday March 18th at 8PM EST on ABC.
