Say what you will about Taylor Swift (I know I could certainly come up with a few choice words about her), but one thing you DO NOT want to do is piss off her fans.

Abercrombie & Fitch just cannot seem to stay out of headlines lately. The clothing company has recently come under fire due to comments CEO Mike Jeffries made about only wanting “cool kids” to wear their clothes. This latest occurrence does not bode well for the retailer.

Swift fans, or “Swifties,” have voiced their outrage over a t-shirt sold in A&F stores that says: “# more boyfriends than t.s.” I personally find this hilarious, as the truth of the matter is that Swift does seem to have a constant revolving door of men in her life. But her fans are not amused.

These Swifties even went so far as to create a Change.org petition demanding that the shirt be taken off shelves.

One “huge Swiftie” in particular, Chelsea Nicole, uploaded a YouTube video encouraging her fellow fans to sign the petition and to inundate the company’s public relations phone line to voice their displeasure.

The response was so huge that if you were to call A&F’s phone line, it contained this message: “Thank you for calling Abercrombie & Fitch public relations. If you are calling regarding the Taylor Swift T-shirt, please note this is no longer available.”

Apparently, Swifties do not take well to their beloved Taylor being insulted… even if it is the God’s honest truth.
