If you don’t know, what Team StarKid is: 1) How can you? 2) How did you get so far in life? And 3) WELCOOOOOOOOOOOME TO THE MADNESS THAT IS STARKID!
The musical-theatre group, which is now based in Chicago, IL, performed their original musical Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier, a very twisted version of Aladin, throughout the summer 2013. Twisted in Concert is supposedly “an abridged version“ of the original musical set to be performed in New York City on March 17th, 2014.
The overly talented A.J. Holmes and amazing Kaley McMahon scored the whole musical and Nick and Matt Lang and Eric Kahn Gale wrote the script, which is going to be conducted by Rob Schneider.
The cast list includes familiar faces and voices such as A.J. Holmes (Royal Vizier), Jeff Blim (Aladdin) and Tyler Brunsman (Tiger-F***er) and also Holly Grossman, Rebecca Spiegelman and Andrea Ross.
