Teenager Who Pranked American Airlines With Terrorist Threat Gets Arrested In Rotterdam

By now, you’ve undoubtedly heard about the teenager who tweeted American Airlines threatening a terrorist attack because she was…bored…yeah.

Clearly one of the dumber things to do…ever…and after American Airlines responded the girl seemed to be completely freaked out. Though that fear seemed to fade when she noticed how many new followers her Demi Lovato fan account was getting thanks to her ridiculous prank.

Though her account has now been deleted, we do know that a Twitter spokesperson “claims [American Airlines] could not have gotten that information.” It appears, however, that they didn’t need to:

One would think it would be common sense – nothing terrorist related is funny. Big. Fat. DUH.

But in case you’re one of the few individuals who may slip on a banana peel, hit your head and suddenly think tweeting an airline that you’re a terrorist is a good idea…
