In the past few years we’ve lost so many talented people who succumb to their addictions. Actress Lisa Robin Kelly passed away in her sleep Wednesday night, August 14th, at a rehab facility in California. Her struggle has unfortunately been the stuff of tabloid fodder in recent years, as she was arrested on DUI and assault charges on multiple occasions. She had just entered the program for treatment earlier this week, having spent years fighting her disease.
In the words of her agent, Kelly “had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle.”
Lisa played he promiscuous Laurie Foreman on the Fox series That 70s Show, which ran for eight years.
Rest in peace, Lisa.
