Get excited John Green fans! The Fault in Our Stars movie has finally received a release date!
The highly anticipated film adaptation of Green’s popular novel The Fault in Our Stars is set to be released on the big screen on June 6, 2014.
The movie, starring Shailene Woodley (The Spectacular Now) as Hazel Grace Lancaster and Ansel Elgort (Carrie) as Augustus Waters, is the story of two teenagers who meet and fall in love at a cancer support group. The movie also co-stars Willem Dafoe, Laura Dern, and Sam Trammell.
Currently, the movie is still filming on location in Amsterdam and Pittsburgh.
Before TFiOS comes out, be sure to check out Woodley and Elgort in the upcoming action movie Divergent, set for release on March 21, 2014 where the two play siblings.
