I’m not even going to lie, I’m way too excited about the Despicable Me sequel! How can anyone not love the adorable Agnes and those cute, mischievous little minions? And since we’re on the subject of cuteness, the new trailer released on iTunes today for Despicable Me 2 delivers plenty of “awww” inspiring moments and giggles.

So what can we expect from the sequel? Based on the trailer, it looks like Gru – returning funny man, Steve Carell – and his services are required by the Anti-Villain League. He gets recruited, err, kidnapped by Lucy Wild (Kristen Wiig) to help them put an end to a new villain mastermind. His mission this time around is to save the world!
