Dwayne Johnson is going to star in the HBO drama, ‘Ballers’ from Mark Wahlberg and the executive producer of the hit show Entourage. Ballers is about the world of sports management and Johnson’s character is an ex-athlete going behind the scenes. He takes over managing the lives of current and former athletes. His character is Spencer Strasmore and he’ll be hitting your screens on June 21st.
Johnson has been dabbling in TV acting, but this is his premiere on the weekly television world. The show takes place in Miami and features Rob Corddry, John David Washington, and Omar Miller as a part of the cast.
