Monday night marked the start of Timberweek on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. I would be lying if I told you that it was not written on my calendar. I will suffer through exaughstion and endure bags under my eyes for some Jimmy/JT greatness. I just apologize to everyone I interact with this week.

That being said it’s well worth the sleep deprivation. Timberlake and Fallon have such charisma. I am enthralled just listening to them talk about their colds. Which by the way they got from making out on Sunday. According to Justin “No means whatever Jimmy wants it to mean.”

Justin also addressed the lyric change from his performance of Suit & Tie on SNL this past weekend. Timberlake had changed the lyric ‘shit so sick/got a hit and picked up a habit’ to ‘my hits so sick/ got rappers acting dramatic.’ His explanation? It’s a live show anything can happen. But he reassured us of his straight up love for Kanye. Because who doesn’t love Kanye?

Concluding night one of #Timberweek we get a live performance of Pusher Love Girl. It’s a catchy soulful ditty that I’m sure I will dream about and wake-up singing. JT hinted at the possibility of maybe some old tunes being performed this week as well. What classic JT would you love to hear? My money is on Like I love You or his Gone/Girlfriend mash-up. Heaven.

Night one was a success! I’m excited to see what the rest of the week brings!
