It’s been 10 years since TLC member Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas and Usher ended their relationship. Many fans were under the impression that Usher had cheated, but Chilli has revealed to US Weekly, that wasn’t the case.

The pair was together for two years and ended their relationship in 2003. A year later, Usher released his album “Confessions”, which stirred up a lot of controversy. However, Thomas and Usher were still in a relationship while the solo R&B star recorded the album.

“All of those songs on Confessions, that was about Jermaine Dupri’s situation. Usher was just singing it. But people kind of bought into it, it was just the timing of our breakup when the album came out,” Thomas said.

Despite the relationship not working out, she’ll always love Usher. “I’ll always love him, forever, because he was my first adult love, a real love.” Whatever happened between the two, it’s safe to say that now there’s no hard feelings between them.
