Tom Cruise Didn’t Attend Daughter’s Wedding Because He’s Not A Scientologist

Papa Cruise does not approve of this wedding! Isabella Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, recently tied the knot with British IT consultant Max Parker in a low-key ceremony on September 18 at The Dorchester in London.

Isabella kept her wedding private and only close friends were in attendance.

Noticeably absent from the wedding festivities were her Scientologist father Tom Cruise and brother Connor. Mother Nicole Kidman also seemed to be absent from her daughter’s big day as well, or, rather, she’s not pictured at the wedding.

Isabella is a devoted member of the Church of Scientology and even attends the Church’s services regularly; however, Parker is not a Scientologist like Isabella and has supposedly not even met his bride’s father.

Cruise may not approve, but Kidman is reportedly “overjoyed” with her daughter’s marriage, as are we. Once again, congratulations, and we hope Cruise changes his mind about his daughter’s union and, instead, showers the newlyweds with love and acceptance.
