There’s a difference between being edgy and being crass, a difference Jason Biggs would do well to learn before he completely sabotages his career.
The American Pie and Orange Is The New Black actor recently turned to Twitter to poke fun at the tragic death of Eric Hill, a contestant on The Bachelorette who died April 23rd from a paragliding accident.
After this season’s debut of The Bachelorette on May 19th, Biggs tweeted:

Biggs proved the statement was a deliberate attempt to stir up controversy with a follow-up tweet: https://twitter.com/JasonBiggs/statuses/468612841700749312
Biggs has a history of making jokes in poor taste on Twitter, but claims it’s just part of his “dark” sense of humor.
Last month Biggs told HuffPost Entertainment, “I get a kick out of it — I like pushing buttons and having people write back. I especially like it when people write back and are like, ‘You’re an asshole!’ Or they get really pissed at me and I’ll retweet those people because I think that’s funny.”
What do you think, PopWrappers? Is Biggs pushing the envelope of comedy or just desperately seeking attention? Let us know in the comments!
