Now this — this is just absolutely ridiculous.
According to local Florida news station WFTV Channel 9, Jason Combs, the owner of an Orange County towing company has been arrested on accusations of towing cars belonging to drivers parked at Gay Days events last June. When escorted to a deputy’s car, Combs refused to say anything and later did the same when asked by Channel 9 reporter Jeff Deal.
Combs’ company, ASAP Towing, has been depicted by investigators as a “predatory” company that has thus far target dozens of people based purely on their sexual orientation. Things aren’t looking good for Mr. Combs as he’s currently facing nearly 100 grand theft auto charges and a $51,000 bond at the Orange County Jail.
As much of a hypocrite as Combs is for getting his age-old personal beliefs involved with his business in the most ludicrous of ways, it’s stories like this that need to get out there more often. If you think you’re going to get away with carrying out these sorts of acts in the name of hypocrisy, you’d be mistaken. A crime is a crime!
