American Hustle fans are still reeling from the fact that it suffered a major loss at the Oscar’s, but that doesn’t mean the film is any less great and these two new clips prove that.

The two scenes, which will also be featured in the movie’s DVD and Blu-ray release, both feature Jeremy Renner as his character Mayor Carmine Polito. The first clip, below, features him singing to Climax Blues Band ‘s “Couldn’t Get It Right.” The cast also joins him on stage for some dancing fun.

The second one features him being calmed down by Christian Bale’s character, Irving Rosenfeld, after someone throws a brick through his car’s window as he gives a tour around Camden to a fake Sheik.

Vanity Fair’s Katey Rich points out that while “American Hustle was already kind of loose and a little long” if “they really couldn’t have made room for this one?” She also states that the second clip could’ve earned Renner an Oscar nomination if it was added into the movie. With others agreeing that the extra scene would’ve been great especially since “it doesn’t hurt to see some additional footage, especially when it’s of Renner losing his cool.”

American Hustle will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on March 18th.
