Two new character posters have been revealed for the latest instalment of superhero comedy, Kick-Ass 2. The new posters show Chloë Grace Moretz reprise her role as ‘Hit-Girl’, whilst Jim Carrey joins the cast as ‘Colonel Stars and Stripes’ a member of vigilante group, Justice Forever. They will team up with Kick-Ass himself (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) in order to fight their powerful enemy ‘The Motherf**ker’ played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad, Role Models, Kick-Ass).

Kick-Ass 2 arrives in cinemas 16^th August (US) with no release date yet scheduled for the UK.
