Get excited Trubies because True Blood has gotten a premiere date for the upcoming season! HBO announced on Friday that True Blood’s sixth season, that will include 10 episodes will be returning to our T.V. sets on June 16th at 9/8c.This will also be the first season without exec producer Alan Ball holding the keys to the kingdom this time around.
In other T.V related news, the AMC series The Killing confirmed that they will launch their 3rd season with a 2 hour premiere. The new season was ordered only a few months after AMC had chosen to take the series off the air. This season plans to focus on a new case that is not like the Rosie Larsen mystery and will end with a gripping 2 hour finale. Season 3 will take place one year after the closing of the Rosie Larsen case, with Sarah Linden no longer working as a detective. But, when her ex-partner Stephen Holders search for a runaway girl that causes him to connect the case to a string of murders connected by a case that Linden was working on.
