Well this cannot bode well for Walking Dead fans. Norman Reedus, resident bad-ass and fan favorite Daryl Dixon on The Walking Dead recently revealed that the upcoming mid-season finale left him a weepy mess after reading the script!
“I sat on an apple box with my head between my legs and just bawled for an hour. I really wanted to not tear up during the scene, I wanted to be like I wasted every tear in my body before we started shooting so I just sat there and cried and cried and cried,” Reedus explains in an interview with TV Guide.
Daryl’s two closest comrades, Carol and Beth, are currently captive at Grady Memorial Hospital, and with an upcoming battle brewing I can’t help but wonder if one of the ladies in Daryl’s life is in danger. With a show about surviving a zombie apocalypse, everyone is consistently in jeopardy, so prepare to be emotionally compromised.
The highly anticipated episode will air on AMC one week from Sunday, on November 30th at 9 p.m.
