Every once in a while Google does something so awesome it’s almost unbelievable. This time it is in the form of an Easter egg.
It’s a Doctor Who Easter egg.
Now, us Whovians are all well acquainted with Easter eggs (hint: “Blink”) so it only seems fitting that we get one on Google Maps.
When looking at the Streetview on Earls Court in London (right by the tube station) you will notice a very familiar looking blue box.
IT’S THE TARDIS, GUYS!
Are you jumping up and down doing the ‘I’ve found the TARDIS’ happy dance? I know I did.
Streetview allows you to take a little virtual stroll inside our favourite space ship. It gives you a closer look at all the great wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff the Doctor and his companion fool around with on a daily basis.
How much time did you spend just going around in circles? Let’s just say my number is too high to admit without looking a little bit insane.
