Taylor Kinney, along with some of his Chicago Fire castmates, took a plunge in the freezing waters of Lake Michigan on Sunday, all in the name of charity.
The 14th Annual Polar Plunge brought out more than 3,000 daredevils to help raise money for Special Olympics Chicago and its programs.
Even The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon joined in on the event–wearing a suit-and-tie, no less.
Another participant, Mike Field, described Fallon’s face as an expression of “pure shock” when he felt the 32-degree water.
“You could almost see his eyeballs popping out,” he said.
From the similar look on Kinney’s face, he probably needed a warm fire to sit by afterwards!
