Die hard *NSYNC fans have waited (in vain, we assumed) to hear this news. Overnight it was announced that the biggest boyband in the world will FINALLY be reuniting at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards.
The New York Post is reporting that Justin Timberlake is set to perform and that he will be receiving a Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. But the even bigger news is that his former bandmates, Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, and Chris Kirkpatrick will be joining him onstage.
Rumors started to circulate after Lance, Chris, and Joey were spotted at Justin’s concert in Miami. But, let’s be honest, rumors start flying when more than one of them are together anywhere. The group hasn’t performed in concert together since April of 2002 and haven’t performed publicly together at all since that summer at their (then) annual Challenge for the Children Celebrity Basketball Game.
