Will The ‘Suicide Squad’ Have Cara Delevingne As Harley Quinn?

With the onslaught of upcoming DC Universe movies, some actors are being eyed for iconic roles – one of which is Cara Delevingne as the insane Harley Quinn.

Cara Delevingne, who some of you may know from her small role as Princess Sorokina in Anna Karenina, may be up for the role of Harley Quinn in DC’s Suicide Squad.

Delevinge even posted a picture on Instagram of herself in the Harley Quinn costume with the caption: Dress up time!

According to Latino Review, Warner Bros is seriously considering the British actress and model for the role. Though it seems Harley Quinn wasn’t a part of the developing scripts, that could all very well chance now that David Ayer is taking a shot at the script.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Suicide Squad – it is centered around a group of super villains, brought together to tackle black ops missions for the government in order to receive pardoned prison sentences.

Cara Delevinge is also rumored to be considered for a role in Pirates of the Caribbean 5. She can be seen next in The Face of an Angel, a thriller, alongside Kate Beckinsale and David Bruhl and Paper Towns (2015).

Suicide Squad, which is due out in 2016, was given the green light when Warner Bros. confirmed it’s plan to bring us a ton of DC Comic’s movies between now and 2020.
