Netflix has been trying its luck with original shows for a few years now, and while critical opinions have varied, the shows get a decent number of fans.
Possibly Netflix’s darkest show, Hemlock Grove was based on a book by Brian McGreevy. It involves werewolves and vampires, but it’s definitely no Twilight.
The show had good acting, twists and turns, interesting characters, and a vibe that drew people to finish all 13 episodes. But it’s also hard to ignore the confusing scenes and plot points that went nowhere. The final episode left many questions unanswered.
With that said, does the show deserve a second season? So many fans have asked for more episodes that Netflix has expressed interest in making a second season. While this doesn’t guarantee a series continuation, it does give hope to viewers that Hemlock Grove will answer the questions it left open and bring more action and suspense in future episodes.
