I’m not trying to make light of ANY of this, but does anyone else find it strange that this has surfaced about a month before his new X-Men movie opens??

Director Bryan Singer is on the receiving end of a sexual abuse allegation from a then 17 year old boy back in 1999.

Michael F. Egan III, who would now be 32, filed the suit today in a Hawaii federal court. He is claiming that Bryan (and others) sexually abused him when he was 17 and also forced him to inhale cocaine. The suit is claiming that Bryan raped Michael and used physical force.

He is also claiming that Singer threatened to “make or break” his Hollywood aspirations unless he “kept them happy.” Michael did not use a pseudonym when filing the suit, as his name appears in a press release from his council.

A spokesperson for Bryan has not yet commented on the accusations.

This is crazy.
