Unbeknown to the public, Zoe Saldana (The Blood Ties) married Italian artist Marco Perego in London in June. They were first linked in May after having been spotted kissing after the Star Trek Into Darkness premierein L.A. Despite this being the only link, it was revealed that they have “known each other a long time” and “Have great chemistry”.
Saldana has had long-term relationships in the past, which were public; it is understandable why the ceremony was kept quiet. She also has made it very clear she was ready to settle down, stating in interviews, “At 22 you’re like, ‘I just wanna hold something!’ You want a little critter.”
The ceremony was “Small and beautiful” with only close family and friends invited to attend. Saldana is enjoying life with Perego, hopefully enjoying married life as much as she anticipated.
The actress was in an eleven year long relationship with Keith Britton; the couple were engaged, however called it off in 2011. She was also involved with Bradley Cooper on and off between 2011 and 2013, but is now ‘thrilled to have somebody she can enjoy life with.’
