Better grab your axe and remember to ‘Double Tap’ because it looks there may be a sequel to the financially successful zombie flick Zombieland!
Sony Pictures has just signed on Dave Callaham, who brought back the remarkable revival of Godzilla, to write the script to the anticipated cult sequel under the supervision of Zombieland director Rueben Fleischer.
Oh boy, the return of Tallahassee kicking some zombie butt. Wait, does that mean there will be more Bill Murray? Maybe he will be a zombie and attack Columbus for revenge for shooting him!
Unfortunately the latter seems like only a dream in this hardcore geek’s eye. To be honest, it will be highly difficult to hire back the original cast. Everyone is busy filming other films and not to mention their careers have skyrocketed.
However, there is an urgency circling the script and Sony wishes to get this project under way. Will there be a new cast of zombie slaying individuals that can kick ass or will the sequel turn out to be nothing more than a ‘dead’ shot.
