You know, this is starting to become the norm for her…which is truly upsetting.
Fugees singer Lauryn Hill took to the stage Saturday night in London at the O2 Academy Brixton, and it appears fans were not happy with the show.
Reports are circulating that Hill was heavily booed during moments, and that she was also an hour and a half late. The biggest complaint though? The arrangements.
Fans took to Twitter following the show (some during) and noted that, while Hill sounded great, her reworked versions of her hits were almost unrecognizable.

#laurynhill at #brixton was such a frustrating experience. Her voice is still beautiful but she killed any momentum again and again. Avoid.

Lauryn is set to return to London and perform for 2 nights at the Brooklyn Bowl September 28th and 29th. Let’s hope we see some improvements…and Lauryn?
Maybe try being ON TIME.
