This year seems to be THE year of Buffy the Vampire Slayer reunions. First we had a slayer and her watcher (Sarah Michelle Geller and Anthony Steward Head) take the cutest selfie ever (no joke) and now we have Anya and Xander (Emma Caulfield and Nicholas Brendon)/Cordelia and Faith (Charisma Carpenter and Eliza Dushku) joining the much-awaited reunion train.

Nicholas Brendon and Emma Caulfield reunited in Australia for a comic-book convention as well as Oz Comic-Con. As BTVS viewers know, Anya was killed off in the final episode of the seventh season (sobs!) however in the comic book continuation of the series (which Brendon helps write) Anya is back as a ghost only Xander can see (why must you break my heart like this?).
While Caulfield and Brendon were having fun and recalling their days on Buffy with BrisbaneTimes, over in Salt Lake City, Carpenter and Dushku took a cute selfie. Faith and Cordelia never gotten along on Buffy or its sequel series Angel, but the two ladies looked absolutely lovely together!
Buffy the Vampire Slayer aired from 1997-2003. It now has two comic book continuations: one all about Buffy and the gang and the other about Angel and Faith.
We’ve had a reunion between Buffy/Giles, Anya/Xander and Cordelia/Faith. Now we just need an entire cast reunion because this group is missing Willow, Tara, Spike, Joyce, Dawn, Angel, Fred, Wesley, Gunn, Lorne… (damn it i want everybody from the cast of Buffy and Angel to gather together, even if its just once)!
*Sigh*…one day it’ll happen!
