Pierce Brosnan, who is best known for his portrayal of James Bond from 1995-2002, has been cast as the lead in the revenge thriller I.T.. There are very little details about the upcoming film, which is set to begin production in 2014.
But here’s what we know so far! Brosnan is set to play a successful book publisher who comes across an I.T. (Information Technology) consultant who seems to be hell bent on threatening the author’s family, according to Deadline.
The Voltage Pictures film will be directed by Stefano Sollima. Sollima is an Italian filmmaker who recently directed A.C.A.B.: All Cops Are Bastards. David T. Friendly, Craig Flores, Nicholas Chartier and Beau St. Clair are set to produce the Dan Kay screenplay.
Casting for the unhappy I.T. consultant is still in the works, but I can’t imagine anyone going up against a former 007.
