Veteran rock band The Rolling Stones haven’t yet taken to the iconic Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Music Festival. Their appearance has bolstered interest in their summer concerts.
The band are playing in London’s Hyde Park on 6th and 13th July, and ticket supplier Seatwave are showing an increased interest in tickets due to The Stones closing Saturday night at the world famous music festival.
A spokesman for Seatwave has been quoted as saying “Demand for Rolling Stones tickets is always high, however in the days preceding their Glastonbury performance we have seen ticket demand surge beyond expectations.”
There is major speculation that Sir Mick and his band will be joined on stage by other rock and pop royalty, with names including Adele, Jeff Beck or Bruce Springsteen.
